01Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies exclusively to digital products purchased through AEEX Store, including online courses, filmmaking tools, templates, presets, and other downloadable assets.
Creative and filmmaking project services provided by AEEX Studio are not covered by this policy. Refunds, cancellations, and revision terms for AEEX Studio project work are governed by the individual project agreement signed between the client and JorisOosters Media for that specific engagement.
02Delivery
All digital products offered by AEEX Store are delivered instantly upon successful payment. You will receive your purchase either through a direct download link or via email, depending on the product.
If you do not receive your product within a reasonable time after payment, please contact support@aeex.org and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
03Refunds
Because AEEX Store products are digital and cannot be physically returned, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that technical issues can occur, and we are committed to a fair refund process.
Refunds may be issued when:
- A product is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise non-functional.
- You received the wrong item due to an error on our part.
- A duplicate charge has occurred.
All refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at support@aeex.org. Requests are evaluated case by case, and resolutions will be communicated within a reasonable timeframe.
04Usage & Licensing
When you purchase a digital product from AEEX Store, you are granted a personal-use license that allows you to:
- Use the product in your personal projects.
- Use the product in freelance or client-facing creative work.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Public resale or redistribution of our products.
- Uploading our content to third-party platforms for redistribution.
- Use of our content for AI model training or machine-learning datasets.
- Use within resale packages, bundles, or NFT-based content.
Any unauthorized resale, redistribution, or misuse of our digital products may result in legal action and a formal request for compensation.
05Support
If you experience any technical issues with an AEEX Store purchase, please reach out to our support team at support@aeex.org. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 business hours, and will do our best to provide a solution, including replacement downloads or alternative access where appropriate.
06Policy Updates
This Refund Policy may be updated occasionally to reflect changes to AEEX Store product offerings or legal requirements. Any revisions will be posted on this page along with an updated "Last Updated" date. The updated terms will apply to all future purchases made from the date of publication.
